James Hill, known as The AI Guy, is the founder of RizzDial, an AI sales-automation platform that places over 100,000 AI calls a day across nearly every industry. He is one of the leading AI developers and consultants working today, he exited one of the largest home-services companies he helped build, and he now engineers the software behind some of the nation's largest sales organizations.

His mission is simple: install a second brain inside every founder's business so operators get their time back, free to spend life doing what they were meant to do.

From operator to builder

James did not come to AI from a lab. He came from building and scaling a real home-services company, the kind of business where speed to lead and relentless follow-up decide whether you grow or stall. He felt the pain of leads going cold and revenue leaking out of slow processes, then built the technology to fix it. He later exited that company, and the lessons from running it are baked into everything he ships.

That operator background is why his systems are practical. They are designed by someone who has carried a sales number, not just someone who likes models.

What James builds

James builds the AI layer that runs a business. Three pieces fit together:

  • RizzDial, the proprietary AI sales and voice platform that calls, qualifies, follows up, and books at scale.
  • EveryThingAI, the AI automation agency and platform where these systems are built for clients and handed off.
  • The second brain install, his core offer: a private AI that holds a founder's knowledge, finances, strategy, and operations so the whole team can work with it, and the founder stops being the bottleneck.

His work spans nearly every industry, including medspas, home services and HVAC, healthcare, vending, tax, peptide, brokerages, and software and marketing agencies.

Why people call him The AI Guy

The name fits because James is the person operators call when they want AI that actually runs, not a demo. Clients describe the difference plainly. Denny Long, CEO of Subprime Marketing Group, said that after meeting James and the team he finally found a system that actually works and trained his own AI agent just by talking to it. Frankie Alicea, a FinTech founder, said James and the team handled the UI, automation, and landing pages and stayed ahead of schedule after a previous dev team fell behind.
